As you all know we are a family of readers and we start them young in our family. It's so much fun reading to my little grand-daughters who just can't get enough of books! They love to be read to and turn the pages and of course they have to look at each picture and try to identify items on each page. They can't read yet... they are just beginning to learn their alphabet letters, and they love to point out the letters they can recognize so that Baba can praise them.
When I had the chance to review a few children's books from
Pretty Please Press through The Product Review Place I jumped at the chance because I knew the girls would love them. We'll be reading these over and over to them for many years yet until they can read them themselves.

The Scritchy Little Twitchell Sisters is a funny tale of siblings learning how to get along with eachother. Their antics cause a bunch of trouble for their poor parents and others and will make you giggle just reading about them. As with all sibling rivalries sometimes separation can be the cure as Lavina and Emmeline Twitchell learn it's much better to have someone to play with than to fight with.

Pynx by Jeffrey Greene is a cute tale of creatures on a far away planet who learn that sometimes there may be someone who you don't like who turn out to be very helpful indeed. So it's best to work things out and try to understand one another.

Bella Basset Ballerina by Laura Aimee Garn and illustrated by Valerie Sokolova is a darling story of a basset who wants to be a ballerina and how she achieves her goals through perseverance even when some tell her she can't.

Kick Block Punch by Jacquie Hann is the story of Sam who want to have a black belt in Karate right away but leans that it takes practice and hard work to achieve his goal.
